Satellite event: 2nd Belgian Brain Barriers Symposium

Prior to the conference, there will be a satellite event on Monday 13 November. This symposium aims to bring together scientists working in the barriers of the central nervous system (CNS) research field. It offers a great opportunity for students and young investigators to exchange recent knowledge and ideas on brain barrier research and to interact with experts in the field.

The program will consist of keynote lectures, oral and poster presentations of young investigators, and a networking reception where there will be the opportunity to connect with keynote speakers and industry scientists. We strongly encourage young researchers to submit an abstract for a poster or oral presentation. This is a great opportunity to showcase your research and get feedback from experts in the field.

If you want to submit an abstract for the 2nd Belgian Brain Barriers Symposium, choose the topic 'Brain barrier (only for satellite meeting 13 November)' as your first and second preference.

Don't miss any of the upcoming deadlines:

  • Travel grant deadline: 25 August
  • Abstract deadline: 12 September
  • Early bird deadline: 3 October
