The first edition of the VIB Conference At the Forefront of Plant Research, which takes place on 15-16 June in Ghent - Belgium, is sold out!
With over 65% of the 240 attendees from outside of Belgium this meeting has the potential of giving a world wide view of where plant research is currently at and where it is headed.
The two day program is packed with 18 invited speakers, including two keynotes by Detlef Weigel and Joseph Ecker, 4 selected speakers (from submitted abstracts) and more than 100 poster presentations. The program will be rounded out with an informal Meet the Expert session, featuring Julia Vorholt, and social moments like a reception, boat ride through the city center and a conference dinner.
