Biography
Associate professor Simen Sandve (NMBU, Norway) did his PhD in genetics, and has since then worked on the function and evolution of duplicated genomes, both in plant and animal systems. Sandve’s lab is currently focusing on evolution of gene expression regulation following the whole genome duplication in Salmonid fish.
