The leading researchers speaking at this conference will cover a wide variety of topics, ordered in four sessions:
- macromolecular machines
- in situ structural biology
- structural engineering & drug discovery
- protein function/dynamics
The opening talk will be given by Natalie Strynadka (University of Columbia, CA) who will discuss Structural hybrid methods to probe the Type III Secretion injectisome of pathogenic bacteria. On day two James Naismith will showcase his research on putting enzymes to work, making cyclic peptides.
