I am highly excited to join our Applied Bioinformatics in Life Sciences conference early next year. Close to 20 speakers present their latest results in data-intensive computational biology. But not only this: 3 hands-on bioinformatics data analysis training sessions are preceding this 5th edition of the conference.
VIB will organize the following training sessions preceding the conference:
- Apply Scop3PTM web-interface to understand PTMs;
- Apply MutationExplorer to study mutation of proteins and visualise their energetic impact;
- Geometric Deep Learning for Protein Structure Data with PyTorch Lightning.
