Isabelle Limon

Prof. I. Limon heads the ʺphenotypic control of vascular smooth muscle cellsʺ team, which studies different aspects of VSMC transdifferentiation in an inflammatory context. She has published 18 recent articles on this subject. Prof. I Limon has expertise in the molecular mechanisms underlying the changes in the myometrium and aortic smooth muscle cells occurring in physiological and physiopathological situations, particularly those involving transmembrane receptors, heterotrimeric G proteins and effectors, such as adenylyl cyclases.
