Michael Minch-Dixon

Michael Minch-Dixon is the co-founder Bolder Foods, a Brussels-based start-up which develops cheese alternatives that combine pleasure with positive impact. Before Bolder Foods, Ilana co-founded SNACT with Michael, a UK-based food brand that saved hundreds of tonnes of food from going to waste. He is skilled in developing and implementing sustainability strategies. He has direct and extensive experience across food, packaging and the renewable energy sector having worked for CEFLEX, a consortium representing the entire European flexible packaging value chain focused on making flexible packaging part of the circular economy. Michael also worked at Vestas, the largest wind turbine manufacturer in the world. He has an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College and a BSc in Economics from the University of Kent.
